The team at our 4-Star agency gets to know you and work closely with you, your caregivers, and doctor to create a plan of care tailored to your needs. The goal is to assist you in achieving goals such as enhancing health and independence.
What We Do
St. Camillus Home Care’s team of clinicians visit you in the comfort of your home to help you recover from an illness, injury, or surgery. Our goal is to help re-establish as much independence as possible freeing both you and your caregivers to regain control of your lives.

Affordable Home Health Care
Home Care is affordable for most patients, while allowing you to stay in the comfort of your own home. Home health care is typically covered by:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Many private insurance plans
Care Team Services
We offer the following services:
Skilled Nursing (Registered Nurse, RN, or as appropriate Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN)
- A RN routinely assesses your medical status and works with the care team to monitor your health and teach you how to optimally manage your symptoms and medical condition(s) through interventions prescribed by your doctor.
- Routinely talk with you, your caregivers, and your doctor to assure that your medication list is accurate and up to date.
- When appropriate, provides the care necessary to help you manage IV infusion therapy, wound vacs, urinary catheters, and other specialty equipment.
Physical Therapy (PT)
- A PT will help you regain your ability to move around your home including getting out of a chair, getting into and out of bed, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Teaches you how to be safe in your environment, including using recommended equipment safely and techniques you can use to prepare yourself to re-enter the community.
- Teaches you and your caregiver exercises for strengthening your muscles, improving your balance and coordination for increased activity and to prevent falls.
Occupational Therapy (OT)
- An OT helps you regain the ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, showering, meal preparation and household activities.
- Provides you with home safety recommendations, including education in adapted devices/safety equipment for use in your home.
- Teaches you upper body and balance exercises to help you achieve your maximal independence in daily life.
- Provides caregivers with functional hands on strategies to help care for the unique needs of people with movement and thinking limitations.
Speech Language Therapy (ST)
- An ST assists you in your recovery of communication, swallowing and/or thinking skills.
- Designs and teaches personalized swallowing programs.
- Teaches strategies to reduce frustration when communicating is difficult and helps you to understand and process what people say to you.
Medical Social Services (MSW)
- Helps you and your family obtain needed resources and services. These include continuing caregivers, home delivered meals, emergency response services, housing and transportation.
- Provides education and guidance about insurance issues, Medicare, Medicaid, and advance directives.
- Provides support and assists you and your family in maximizing your independent problem-solving of medical, social, and emotional needs.
Registered Dietitian (RD/Nutritionist)
- Provides education related to proper nutritional choices specific to you. This is based on your medical diagnoses as well as recommendations for food purchasing and preparation.
- Provides nutritional support services for individuals with tube feedings.
- Works with the other health care professionals to link you and your family to other nutritional resources in the community.
Home Health Aides (HHA)
- Provides you with assistance for personal care activities to supplement the assistance that you may be receiving from family and/or friends.

- Doctor’s visit
Our nurses work closely with you, your caregivers, and your doctor to create an aide care plan to meet your needs. Our aides provide caring and gentle assistance and provide support for caregivers.


What We Do
Integrity Home Care Services provides personal care services to help people remain safe, independent, and empowered at home. We also provide support for caregivers. You can receive personal care services anywhere you call home. This includes a private residence, assisted living facility, and other settings.
Each of our clients receive:
- Registered Nurse initial assessment and oversight of care provided
- Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and/or Personal Care Aides (PCA) undergo extensive background screening and are screened by the NYS Department of Health Home Care Registry
Services you may receive:
- Personal care such as but not limited to: bathing, showering, dressing, toileting
- Household duties: meal preparations, light housekeeping, laundry, errands
- Medication reminders
- Safety monitoring
- Assistance with carrying out home exercise programs as provided by your therapy team
