St. Camillus has partnered with How’s Mom by Safekeeping, a web-based software communication platform, that enables the facility to offer enhanced information sharing with residents and family with the focus on enhanced communication.
Families can download the free How’s Mom App from the Apple App or Google Play Store to stay informed about their loved one during their episode of care.

The facility uses How’s Mom to provide the following:

• Access to general health information by authorized individuals if consented to by the resident or their representative
• Highlights of “Life at St. Camillus” including such items as the Activity Calendar and Dining Menu, and other items of interest within the St. Camillus community
• Mass notifications (when required) to alert families via text, email, or the How’s Mom App
• Patient Experience surveys will be distributed to gain insight and reviews
