Exciting News!

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Employee Sunshine Award

At St. Camillus we value our employees. And, we have so many incredible staff members who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. That’s why we are thrilled to launch a new employee appreciation program called: The St. Camillus Sunshine Award.

How it works:

The Sunshine Award spotlights employees who go above and beyond – those who exceed expectations by embodying our mission and vision through compassion, exceptional skills, and outstanding care.

Who is eligible?

We understand the importance of each department here at St. Camillus. To ensure those who go above and beyond are recognized, all employees are eligible for a Sunshine Award.

How do employees get nominated?

  • Employees can be nominated by management, co-workers, residents, family or visitors.
  • Anyone who observes or experiences the employee going above and beyond their typical job description, or does their job extraordinarily well.

If you would like to nominate an outstanding staff/team member, please click here to fill out a brief nomination form. Or you can fill out a nomination form located on our new Sunshine Recognition Board found in the main lobby of our building. Thank you!
